Support requests are being processed on business days from 10:00 to 18:00 (GMT +1) (excluded, of course, saturday and sunday), within 24h/48h in the order they were received, please include the website URL + detailed information about your problem (with screenshots if possible).
I answer all tickets in the order in which they are received, oldest first. This means that every time you send an email your ticket is bumped to the back of the queue.
NB: Before to open a ticket be sure you've made backups of your files, i'm not responsabile to data loss.
